Introduction

By using a Wild & Waggy self-service dog wash station, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the Dog Wash

  • a) Wild & Waggy provides self-service dog washing facilities for customers to wash their own dogs. Customers are responsible for supervising and controlling their dogs at all times whilst using the equipment and surrounding areas.

2. Dog Welfare

  • a) Customers must ensure that:
    • Their dog is fit, healthy and suitable for washing
    • Their dog is not displaying aggressive or dangerous behaviour
    • Their dog is not suffering for any contagious illness that could pose a risk to other dogs
    • Their dog is secretly restrained using the provided safety equipment where appropriate
    • All dogs are washed at the owner’s discretion.
  • b) If a dog becomes distressed during use, customers should stop the wash immediately.

3. Safe Use of Equipment

  • a) Customers agree to:
    • Follow all instructions displayed on the machine
    • Check the water temperature before applying water to their dog
    • Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
    • Take reasonable care to avoid slips, trips & falls caused by water on surrounding surfaces
    • Ensure children are supervised at all times
  • b) Customers must not misuse, tamper or attempt to repair any part of the equipment.

4. Products Provided

  • a) Wild & Waggy provides shampoo, conditioner and other products through the machine b. Customers are responsible for determining whether the supplied products are suitable for their dog. If a dog has known allergies, sensitives or medical conditions, customers should seek veterinary advice before use.

5. Payment

  • a) Payment is accepted by contactless card or approved electronic payment methods only.
  • b) Cash payments are not accepted
  • c) Charges are displayed on the machine, and may be amended.
  • d) All payments are processed at the time of use.

6. Customers responsibility

  • a) Customers are responsible for:
    • Their dogs behaviour and welfare
    • Any damage caused by their dog to the equipment, property or other persons and dogs.
    • Ensuring their dog remains under control at all times

7. Limitation of Liability

  • a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild & Waggy shall not be liable for:
    • Any injury, illness or distress suffered by a dog arising from misuse of the equipment.
    • Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
    • Delays, interruptions or equipment failures beyond our reasonable control.
    • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the facility
  • b) Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Equipment Faults

  • a) If you experience an issue with the equipment, please stop using the machine and report the issue to a member of staff at the site, or email hello@widandwaggy.com
  • b) Where appropriate, Wild & Waggy may investigate and offer a refund or alternative remedy at its discretion.

9. Site Rules

  • a) Customers must not:
    • iUse abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other customers
    • Leave dogs unattended at any time
    • Use the facility for commercial grooming services
    • Bring hazardous substances or equipment.
  • b) Wild & Waggy, or the site owners reserve the right to refuse access to anyone who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions. 

10. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

  • a) Wild & Waggy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
